1. Orders print standard 1-day after the artwork has been approved (cut off is 6 p.m.).
    2. Versatrans® guarantees that the artwork will be created and an artwork proof will be sent to you same day if placed before 12:00 Noon. Versatrans® does not guarantee that the artwork proof will be sent before 6 p.m.
    3. Orders submitted after 6 p.m. are inputted on the next business day.
    4. Artwork is created proportionately according to the requested dimensions. Customers can request that artwork be stretched to fill the dimension area.
    5. Versatrans® sends artwork proofs via our website only.
    6. Customers must approve artwork through versatranz.com.
    7. Customer must critically review spelling, size, artwork, transfer type, sheet size, and color(s) on all artwork proofs before approving it.
    8. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the artwork proof thoroughly. If for any reason the artwork is approved and later the customer realizes there were errors with the artwork, the customer is responsible to pay for the order.
    9. Orders printed by Versatrans that are different than the approved artwork proof are reprinted correctly to match the approved proof at no additional charge to the customer. The customer must return the original misprinted order to Versatrans®. If the customer chooses to keep the misprinted transfers, the customer must pay 50% of the original invoice amount. If only part of the order is misprinted, customer may choose to keep the correct prints at a cost prorated based upon the number of correct prints. Customer must return the misprints to receive the prorated credit.
    10. Revisions are defined as: change color(s); add color(s); slightly alter image/design; change type of transfer paper; increase number of images; increase image size; change/add/subtract text.
    11. The first 2 revisions are FREE. Revisions, beyond the first 2, cost $10 per revision.
    12. Redesign artwork is defined as deleting the image and creating a new image. The redesign is $25. The customer is responsible to pay for the deleted artwork fees and the redesign fees.
    13. Recreate artwork is defined as: exact logo recreation; scanned and/or traced artwork, typesetting text over 100 characters. Recreate artwork fee is $25. We do not accept ‘Live-Traced’ or ‘Bitmap Traced’ artwork as finished. Artwork that is a computer-generated trace will require art fees.
    14. Versatrans® encourages customers to provide text images saved as a word document and provide the name of each font that is used in the design. Excessive revisions may occur when customers do not provide word documents.
    15. All orders are custom printed to customer specifications. Versatrans® is not responsible for trademarks, copyrights, and/or license infringements on jobs printed for customers. Customers warrant authorization by trademark, copyright, and/or license owner prior to submitting order to Versatrans®.

    1. Customers that submit finished artwork files in vector format for PCs are not charged for artwork. This means that the artwork can be manipulated and changed in Illustrator and has been created with outlines and curves. We do not accept ‘Live-Traced’ or ‘Bitmap Traced’ artwork as finished. Artwork that is a computer-generated trace will require art fees.
    2. There is no charge for typesetting 100 characters or less.
    3. The recreated artwork fee is a flat rate of $25.
    4. To purchase your Illustrator (ai) workable artwork file, it costs $20.

    Standard Policy Applies To All Rush Services

    1. Ask a Project Coordinator if rush service is available. Availability depends on current workload.
    2. Artwork is processed immediately upon submission of order.
    3. Once customers request rush orders, the rush fee is applied to invoice and cannot be cancelled; including instances when the customer cancels or delays the order.
    4. Customers can request to upgrade their rush service if needed.

    Same Day Rush Service $100.00

    1. Applies to all orders.
    2. Artwork is created same day.
    3. Artwork must be approved no later than 12 p.m. EST, in-order for the job to be printed and shipped the same day.

    Early Pick-up Rush Service $25.00

    1. Applies to all orders.
    2. Early Pick-up Rushes can be requested at anytime.
    3. Pick-up order at 11:30 a.m. the day the order is scheduled to print.

    1. Payment methods available are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express online when placing order. If you choose to pick up we also accept Cash or Check. If when Picking up you choose to Charge card on file we will add a $10.00 processing fee.
    2. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee and a late fee.
    3. Payments not received by due date are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month or a minimum of $5.00 (1.5% is based on an 18% annual interest rate).
    4. All customers must complete the Versatrans® Customer Information Form and a Michigan Sales Tax Exemption Form. If you have not filled out either form, please contact the company.
    5. Versatrans does not accept returns on all products.

    3. Customer will be charged a fee of $10 for changes made to payment method, shipping address, or shipping method that occur after customer’s approval of the order.

    1. Customers pay for shipping.
    2. Jobs checked out together will ship together with one shipping charge. Jobs checked out separately will ship separately, with a separate shipping charge for each job.
    3. Standard shipping is FedEx/UPS ground. When available, customers can request priority shipping, on the website
    4. Versatrans® does not guarantee and is not responsible when FedEx/UPS fails to deliver orders as promised.
    5. Versatrans® does not guarantee and is not responsible for damaged orders as a result of the negligence of FedEx/UPS.
    6. FedEx/UPS automatically insures each shipment up to $100. Versatrans® encourages customers to purchase additional insurance in cases where the cost to replace the order is more than $100. Versatrans® can purchase the additional insurance upon customer request with FedEx/UPS at the time the shipment is processed.

    1. Artwork cancellations occur automatically when there are 10 business days without any activity. The artwork cancellation fee is $20 plus any additional artwork fees incurred when the artwork was created. Customers can reactivate the artwork and apply the cancellation fee to the order within a grace period of 10 business days after the cancellation occurs. If the job is not reactivated within the 10-day grace period, the customer cannot apply any of the fees upon reactivating the order in the future.
    2. When customers request Versatrans® to perform a task for them, create artwork and/or print transfers, customers are responsible to compensate Versatrans® for all work performed.
      • This includes, but does not limit to artwork cancellations and canceling orders after the artwork has been approved.
      • Cancellation cost of an order while work is in process is determined on how much work has been performed.
      • $20 for artwork cancellation plus any artwork fees already incurred when the artwork was created.
      • $18.00 per color for screen fees.
      • Any rush services that were requested.

    Please check transfers carefully before applying. We provide an extra transfer for testing to your quality standards. Cut transfer into 4 pieces and apply on test material until desired results are achieved. If you are unable to get desired results, please call us before starting job. Customer is responsible to check all sheets upon delivery. If there are defective sheets, the Customer must inform Versatrans within 10 days. If defective sheets are discovered after 10 days, Versatrans is not required to reprint or replace the sheets.


    Instructions are included with every order. We cannot accept responsibility for any product failure based on improper application. In any case, our liability is limited to the value of the Versatrans® products only. An extra transfer is provided with every order. Please cut this transfer into quarters and test to your quality standards before production. Successful application of any heat transfer product is based solely on the accurate control of time, temperature and pressure. The application instructions you will receive with your order were established using Hotronix® machines. We strongly recommend this equipment to ensure that our products perform to your satisfaction.


    The liability of Versatrans® (whether under the theories of breach of warranty or contract, negligence, strict liability or product liability) for its goods and/or transfers shall be limited to, at the company's option, repairing or replacing its goods and/or transfers found by Versatrans® to be defective. Versatrans® shall have no liability for damages of any kind arising from the selection, application, suitability or use of its goods and/or transfers by anyone. By the acceptance of our goods and/or transfers, you shall assume all liability for any damages which may result from use or misuse by you, your employees or by others. You shall indemnify the company against all liability, costs or expense which may be sustained by the company as a result of any loss, damage or injury.


    1. VersaPoints are given to only those who place their orders online through our website and pay with their credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and/or Discover Card).
    2. You earn one VersaPoint for every $1 you spend with Versatrans.
    3. You do not earn VersaPoints for the money you spend on shipping.

    By completing this transaction, Client agrees that any dispute arising out of or relating to the products purchased or the transaction with Versatrans, Inc. shall be submitted to the American Arbitration Association for arbitration in Wayne County Michigan. Client expressly agrees to the dispute forum of Wayne County Michigan and consents to resolution of the dispute therein. Any decision by the American Arbitration Association following arbitration shall be binding and shall be enforceable in any court having proper jurisdiction.

    Versatrans does not sell, share or distribute Customer Information to any third party organization.


    Versatrans is responsible for maintaining and protecting customer information under its control.

    Identifying Purposes

    The purposes for which customer information is collected shall be identified before or at the time the information is collected.


    The knowledge and consent of the customer are required for the collection, use or disclosure of customer information except where required or permitted by law.

    Limiting Collection

    The customer information collected must be limited to those details necessary for the purposes identified by Versatrans Information must be collected by fair and lawful means.

    Limiting Use, Disclosure and Retention

    Customer information may only be used or disclosed for the purpose for which it was collected unless the customer has otherwise consented, or when it is required or permitted by law. Customer information may only be retained for the period of time required to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.


    Customer information must be maintained in as accurate, complete and up-to-date form as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it is to be used.

    Safeguarding Customer Information

    Customer information must be protected by security safeguards that are appropriate to the sensitivity level of the information.


    Versatrans is required to make information available to customers concerning the policies and practices that apply to the management of their information.

    Customer Access

    Upon request, a customer shall be informed of the existence, use and disclosure of their information, and shall be given access to it. Customers may verify the accuracy and completeness of their information, and may request that it be amended, if appropriate.
