Transfers
Each transfer is designed for a certain type of application. It is important to become familiar with each transfer type when placing orders.
EPT™
EPT™ stands for Error Proof Transfer™ and the name speaks for itself. The EPT™ is pressed for 4-6 seconds and peeled hot. It is the fastest and the easiest transfer on the market. It looks great on white, light and dark fabric, and on cotton, polyester, mini-mesh, ladies' ribbed, ladies' fitted, canvas tote bags, pique, terry cloth and towels. Although the ink on the transfer is not elastic, it does stretch with the natural curvature of the human body.
Versatrans®
Versatrans® stands for versatile transfers. We have combined the benefits from our Hot Split, Versatrans® and Cold Peel transfers into one easy to use Versatrans®. Versatrans® is pressed for 8-10 seconds and peeled hot. The imprint feels soft and light. It looks great on white, light and dark fabric, and on cotton, polyester and pique.
What separates EPT™ from Versatrans®?
The EPT™ has one of the selected colors backing up the entire design with a 1-point outline and Versatrans® does not have a 1-point outline. As a result, EPT™ ink deposit is slightly thinker than the Versatrans®.
Flexabond™
Flexabond™ is the latest high tech transfer on the market with added opacity and durability. They are lightweight and have a soft feel to them. The look and feel is the same on white, light and dark garments. It is used on all colors for cotton, polyester, polyester jerseys, nylon mini-mesh and ladies' ribbed garments. Although the ink on the transfer is not elastic, it does stretch with the curvature of the human body. This transfer is peeled cold.
Glitter
Glitter transfers are great for the BLING BLING affect. It sparkles and shines as a result of our special printing process. It is for white, light and dark garments. This transfer is peeled cold.
Foil
Foil transfers are back in style. It is like printing different colors of aluminum foil on a garment. It has a shiny metallic look to it. The imprint will break down with repeated washes. This transfer is peeled cold.
Neon
Neon transfers are for the fun noticeable look. It looks great on white, light and dark garments. For light and dark garments, the neon must be backed up in white to maintain the neon look and feel. This transfer is peeled cold.
Glow in the Dark
Glow in the Dark transfers massively glow in the dark. We recommend setting the shirt in front of florescent light or sunlight for 30 minutes before wearing the shirt in order to maintain the massive glow for up to 4 hours. Your customers will love it. It looks great on white, light and dark garments. This transfer is peeled cold.
4-Color Process
4-Color Process is used for photos and fine detail with an array of colors. It looks great on white, ash and natural garments. 95% of the original photo's quality will be maintained. The imprint will not break down with repeated washes. The Versatrans® transfer is peeled warm.
4-Color Process also looks great on light and dark shirts. 85-90% of the original photo's quality will be maintained. The imprint is backed up in white and will not break down with repeated washes. The Cold Peel transfer is peeled cold.
Laser Lights & Ink Jet Lights
Laser Lights & Ink Jet Lights transfers are for photos and fine detail with an array of colors. They look beautiful on white, ash and natural garments. 95% of the original photo's quality will be maintained. The imprints will break down after repeated washes. This transfer is peeled hot.
Laser Opaque & Ink Jet Opaque
Laser Opaque & Ink Jet Opaque transfers are for photos and fine detail with an array of colors. They look beautiful on light and dark garments. 95% of the original photo's quality will be maintained. The imprints will break down after repeated washes. This transfer is peeled cold.
EasyWeed
EasyWeed is polyurethane, ready-to-cut material designed for custom garment decoration. EasyWeed is in a league of its own! The pressure sensitive carrier sheet features allows you to weed small letters and fine detailed designs easily. EasyWeed is extremely thin while maintaining excellent opacity and durability even after repeated washings. It is great for player names and numbers, and to personalize for your customers. The material is thin which makes it easy to cut and weed hence its name EasyWeed. EasyWeed is for single and multiple colored designs. It is available in 27 different colors. It is applied to 100% polyester, 100% cotton and all poly/cotton blends on all colored garments. EasyWeed is peeled hot.
VideoFlex
Our best-selling, ready-to-cut material is excellent for custom garment decoration, especially team jerseys. Due to its high opacity and matte finish, it is preferred by many professional sports leagues. The special polyester carrier ensures precision cutting, while the hand remains soft, even after many washings. VideoFlex is available in 26 colors. It can be applied to 100% polyester, 100% cotton and all poly/cotton blends on all colored garments. VideoFlex is peeled cold.
StripFlock
A great alternative to embroidery, StripFlock gives logos a raised textured suede-like feel. Excellent for retro-designs or anytime you want a rich look at an affordable price. It is applied to 100% polyester, 100% cotton and all poly/cotton blends on all colored garments. StripFlock is peeled cold.
Reflect-All
The state of the art in polyurethane reflective, ready-to-cut Reflect-All is a truly remarkable product that has a higher reflective ability due to its patented glass bead construction. Reflect-All cuts and weeds easily and can be applied to most textile surfaces. It can be applied to 100% polyester, 100% cotton, all poly/cotton blends, Lycra®, most nylons, Spandex® and leather on all colored garments. Reflect-All is peeled hot.
ColorPrint Classic
ColorPrint Classic is a worldwide favorite for its ease of use. This slightly thicker material does not require masking unless you wish to keep individually cut pieces of one design together for registration purposes. When no mask is used, simply cover with a Teflon® sheet and heat apply. It is applied to 100% polyester, 100% cotton and all poly/cotton blends on all colored garments. ColorPrint Classic is peeled cold.
ColorPrint Glitter
ColorPrint Glitter is a unique digital product that allows you to print full color with a bold glitter look (a shimmering finish). There is glitter pigments embedded in the white film which the translucent white material allows the glitter to assume the full colors of the printed logo for a one-of-a-kind design.
